I did not purchase a “Fly more” combo and there is no battery charger with the standard version of the MM.

I have, however, purchased a new smartphone, a Xiaomi Note 8 Pro with 6Gb of RAM and Android 64-bits, because the DJI Fly application wasn't compatible with any of my Android devices (being all 32-bits).  

The new phone comes with a fast charger, I was wondering if I could use it to charge the batteries on my MM:

Is that safe to use with the MM? Will it charge the battery faster?

It's safe to use but it's unlikely you'll get fast charging.

12V*1.5A and 9V*2A sounds like 18W fast charging and should work just fine.

That simply says the brick is fast charging compatible. I doubt the drone itself is. I'd be glad to be wrong.

The FAQ on the MM says it supports fast charging:

Does Mavic Mini support Quick Charge?
It supports Quick Charge 2.0 18W. ...

On the charger does the circle with a lightning bolt through it (making it a Q) with the #3 in the upper right not mean it is Q 3.0 Quick Charger?  I am using these Q 3.0 units and they seem to work well -

(As for the “recommended” smartphone, please don't get me started on this, I think this is utterly ridiculous, I already had to purchase a new smartphone specifically for the MM, adding €250 on top of the €399 for the MM. I am not going to change it, no matter what DJI recommends. As far as I can tell, DJI Fly works very well with the Xiaomi Note 8 Pro.)

Hi, did you upgraded your Redmi Note 8 to Android 10 (MIUI 11)? If yes, do you see any problem with DJI Fly after upgrade?

The phone is fully updated, but still on Android 9 with MIUI 11.0.2 stable.

No problem with DJI Fly whatsoever.
