Hi,
I own a Phantom 4 pro and my video is skipping on my recordings on the remote and SD card. This is the first time I've had these problems. I have taken multiple videos and the same problem has occurred.

What MicroSD are you using?  Make sure it’s a U3 rated for 4K. Also, are you making sure to get the video from the SD card and not just heather cached version on your phone/tablet.

Oh and are you sure your computer is up to snuff to be able to playback a 4K video?  Are you recording in H264 or H265?  If H265, you might try the other to see if that works better.
