To avoid light Flickering and moving banding..   I hope new firmware release introducing a slow-mo setting for European people... We working in the world of 50hz and 25fps, not the 60hz and 30fps!!

I thought there were settings for anti-flicker already for different frequencies?  However with some kinds of lighting, I think maybe dimmed LEDs, flicker cannot be avoided.

Yes there is ... but  the problem happen when you mix  the clip in 30fps on a timeline of 25fps... in Europe usually we take movie at 25/50 fps (PAL) the 30/60 is for NTSC people...
I don't think it's a big problem to implement the slow-mo in 25fps in a future release of firmware

One of the you tubers that had a review model hinted that 24fps was coming.

24 fps not so good for mounting with 25/50 fps footages...
