Same here - I'd like to be able to at least kill the beep - but leave the red warning on the screen maybe?

I came up with a solution . I put an adjustable buck converter on the power and set it to 12 volts .  That fools the sensor into thinking i am running on a 3 cell battery . Now i get a warning at 10.4 volts . Since a four cell li ion can be discharged to 10 volts that works perfectly .

They should work on it for sure , I dont think DJI though about the guys that use long range setup with some 18650

Can you tell more about your 4x18650 build ? this is very sweet and though about going this this batteries type with my 7p build

This is definitely needed.
Even LiPos can be safely discharged to about 3v per cell.

Also in regards to the internal Voltage sensor being off by about 0.5v in my case.
The goggles themselves read 7.0v, my multimeter reads 7.45v.

Just to clearify the last reply: 3 Volts is not safe for a Lipo, it's the absolute minimum where you start damaging it. 3.2 Volts is a safe absolute minimum. 3.5 Volts is safe.
And the probable reason why your multimeter shows a higher voltage is because it's not under load. The voltage of a Lipo drops under load, which is why you shouldn't really go under 3.5 Volts, which should read about 3.2 - 3.4 Volts depending on the current you draw from it.

Can now be turned off in Preferences > Low Power Warning (on/off). Would be nice if the value could be set, but on/off works for me.

is there any power loss when you do this?  that you can tell?

Buck converters are fairly efficient (about 90%) so you are losing at least 10%.  Also, you might as well turn off your low voltage warning, buck converter will output your set voltage much longer than is safe for your batteries all the while displaying that your battery is at set voltage when it's not.
