Hello. I couldnt find the right answers online so can you write for me what are the ideal settings for exporting to YouTube in 4K?
Among other settings like what to input in Target Bitrate / Maximum?

I've never felt there was any value to export 4K to YouTube. With very few viewers having 4K displays and adding the potential for buffering problems/"stop and go video" I've always exported h264 at 1920 x 1080 and fairly low bit rates like 2-4 Mbps target and 8 maximum. That's always delivered a good YouTube experience.

I always export h264 30p, 4k And then YouTube converts the media to whatever they deem best.    I did do an 8k upload but as yet Ive not found anyone who can watch it properly.

This should answer your question. Search on, "YouTube recommended upload bitrate" For 4k YouTube recommends 35 - 45 Mbps
