Nikon D3300 and Sigma Macro
When I shoot wide 50mm I get obvious shake jitter - if you look at the video to the bottom right near the pavement it shows right up.
Yes I've balanced it Excellent and all the other stuff.  


I balance the camera with the lense zoomed in.

Hi AngelaMary, it is recommended to zoom in, then balance the gimbal in the middle of the lens, please try again and let us know if the issue persists.

Thank you Mindy issue persists I'm not sure what you mean by   balance the gimbal in the middle of the lens - does that mean zoom lens halfway out and balance?
