I have a Mavic 2 Pro and White DJI Goggles.
I have installed DJI Assistant 2 version 2.0.10 running on Windows 10.
When plugging the goggles into the laptop, Assistant 2 recognized the goggles.
I chose the newest firmware upgrade and started it.
It got 48% complete then it stopped and the connection went away. I don't know if the cable was loose or what happened...
The goggles will not power off and will not re-connect to the DJI Assistant. DJI Assistant no longer recognizes them.
The screen on the goggles seem to work, but it won't connect to anything.
I tried 2 other USB to micro USB cables.. none worked.
Did this firmware failure screw up the goggles? If so what can I do about it? Can DJI fix the firmware? Is there anything I can do to get a complete firmware installed?
Any help would be appreciated...
