Hi, I have an iPhone 11 Pro which comes supplied with a USB-C charger. I understand that a cable from USB-C to micro-USB will be required to connect the apple charger to the Mavic Mini. Has anyone tried charging the Mavic Mini from the Apple iPhone 11 Pro USB-C supplied charger?

The Mini's battery can be charged with pretty much any USB charging block.  To get the fastest charge, it needs to have an 18W output.  I've used the iPhone 11 Pro's charging block with the Mini and I believe it charged it fast.  I didn't really pay much attention to be honest.  However, I'm pretty sure the iPhone 11 Pro's block is an 18W charger as well.

USB C chargers and charged devices work with a protocol to turn on charging.  I suggest you obtain the cable early and try it on another device.
