Hi all,

I’ve searched for hours and hours online for a solution and getting nowhere.

I am using a mavic 2 zoom with the dji smart controller . WiFi and bluetooth work fine, all dji and phone software up to date.

How do I get photos and videos off the smart controller using bLuetooth or via the go share option.

I have watched the tutorials and opened the smart controller up on the go screen, pulled screen down selected go share, gone to my iPhone 11 and opened dji go app and gone to editor and and scanned the qr code displayed on the smart controller and it just says failed to connect....

Any ideas please as I don’t really want to keep removing the memory card from the drone to get the media.....

I’ve had no issues with my dji spark at all using the same phone and standard controller.
