Hello, I had a few questions about the DJI Care Refresh program. I couldn't find any information on these particular questions when I searched for them.
I know that it says 'twice within one year' but is that one year from the point of purchase, or from the point of first requested replacement?Also, is it a yearly subscription? What happens after two replacements, can I buy it again?

Maybe I used poor search terms.. so I appolgize if these are common knowledge/freqently asked questions.
