please excuse if this has been asked before.  I'm trying to unlock my zone near an airport with the self-unlock feature.  when i click the zone authorization "Yes" button, i get a blank "Put information" box.  i've self unlocked a few days ago in a different zone and i have unlocked this zone about six months ago.  I think it might be due to a software update.  I tried unlocking though the website, but i keep getting invalid phone number.

I have that same problem and I didn't know how to solve it.  It also tells me that the GPS signal is very weak.  have you been able to solve it?

my GPS was good.  if your GPS is weak then just try to get a better view of the sky (away from buildings), or just wait a few minutes for it to capture more satellites

I think I see an issue: there is a TFR scheduled in the area for a few more days:  https://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_9_3067.html

it is no longer active however according to the TFR list from the faa website: https://tfr.faa.gov/tfr2/list.jsp

i'm guessing the white box is that the UI doesn't know how to handle this case?

thank you friend, but I was away from buildings, I was halfway up a hill, there were only a few towers with light cables, and the GPS showed 12 satellites. Regards!

You may reboot or re-install (please backup the important files) the APP to see if the white box persists, if yes, please send email to flysafe@dji.com for further assistance.

this is now fixed as far as I can tell, haven't flown yet because it's too rainy/windy here.  I did the "custom unlocking" though the website with the help of DJI support and the device seems to unlock my area and says it's ready to fly.  will try when the weather clears up
