The smart controller dispalys "DJI Go 4 has stopped working".  What could cause this to happen?

Also, please make sure that the DJI Smart Controller has enough storage capacity to avoid any malfunction on the applications. I believe the controller has the latest update and least when I tell it to check it says it is the latest.  What version should it be on?.  I had a Scan Disk extreme pro 64 GB micro card in it when it failed.  I have since replaced it with a Samsung EVO Select 128 GB but have not flown the mavic 2 with that card in the controller yet.
