Hello so if it's in Blue righting then those setting are on? How come my resolution or FPS are not lit up in Blue? I switched both of these and they stay in white won't turn blue. Do I have the wrong setting? I'm new to all of this

Only RS will change that is hte way they are shown on or off  Blue is On white is off, teh settings stay white  and will  not change color.

right? wen i play in my camera record stuff only rocksteady is lit up in Blue, nothing eles turns on in blue?
on youtube every ones video shows all blue lights up in settings? in my picture on RS is Blue

ANd what date are those video's and think  the latest firmware better yet show that vid in your Youtube History to explain better....

I do not understand what are you trying to say?
Just looking for an simple answer. Is my stuff correct or does it need to be in Blue?

the videos are all about 7 months old
so then they  updated the settings colors?

when on video on my top right corner says SD. then numbers?
what do they mean?
then wen i change it to Camera is says SD.111.OG
and video says SD. 169:37 does the video mean i have a 169 hrs worth of record?

I think that will be minutes not hours, i don't even think you can fit 168 hours of footage on the worlds largest memory card ( 1 TB )
I assume that number change depending on what resolution you will be recording in.

I assume in photo mode the number is how many GB you have available for photos, in video mode it is how minutes of recording in the selected resolution you have available

So as i see it you have a 128 GB memory card in your camera.
