Hello all, I read through various topics in order to get a right answer I even mailed the flydji email and I am still not sure what is wrong or how to get this fixed. From what I gathered there is an error with the DJI GO 4 v4.3.25 and that it will be updated soon at the end of december. Anyway, I am a bit sad since I lost a big job over this error and would like to be hopeful that will get fixed.


Before when it asked me for taking responsability they'd send me a code and it would let me fly over blue areas, now I get this blank screen:

Try re installing the app, I did an unlock on the latest version a couple of days ago without issue.  Also you could unlock via the fly safe page and then make sure you've downloaded the permission to the app.

I'm glad I found this as I'm getting the same issue. I wish someone could help.

I was in Ireland flying just fine  but now back in the states and can't because of this.

I'm also having this same issue. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, as well as downgrading and upgrading firmware on the drone itself (Mavic 2 Pro) and nothing is working.

This is getting very frustrating because I am missing out on jobs now.

Update: I went to the dji flysafe unlocking site, which has to be via pc, made the request and got the code. I then went back to the tablate and went through the unlocking process and the blank screen was now populated with the check boxes I expected. There is still a flaw here that needs to be fixed as I will not always have a pc with me.
