flicker/blink in the screen.
I just made and uploaded a video the flicker is so bad it’s likely to cause a seizure......
I have reinstalled app done all upgrades changed cables and swapped SD card and it’s still ....
I’ve asked for help from support and still nothing.
I have to say these products were great when they first came out but this unit was built on a Friday as it’s been ... since I got it.

All I need is a tech to contact me to know how to fix it I have wasted so much time on this damn Thing.

It’s not a reset it’s not the sd card all the software is updated - please HELP..

I don’t want to sound like a dick but this is driving me crazy!

Was your video settings set with the shutter speed twice the frame rate? For example, 30 FPS and 1/60 shutter speed.

Yep played with the shutter and reset to factory. It must be a hardware fault as it does this even when just viewing and not taking pictures or video

Hi - I went out and bought another SD card with 4K specs. The unit consistently flicker with or without the unit recording so it’s not the issue. It may be a faulty motherboard?
This is very frustrating as this is my 2nd unit that has given issues. I am in NZ where can I get the unit repaired and is it still under warranty?
