Bought for my son for Xmas.

We had three perfectly good flights yesterday. No crashes. Nothing unusual. Charged the battery again (made NO other changes) and on the 4th attempt it wont launch. The motors start, but the drone gets an inch off the ground, flops around for a minute, then shuts off.
The app suggested recalibrating. Did that - no help.
I updated the firmware, twice, no help.

Would appreciate any other ideas. Thanks.

Solved my own problem. There was a 2mm chip off the end of one prop. No idea how, but it was there. Enough imbalance to trigger the self preservation "no fly" program. Replaced the prop and it flies fine.
