Greetings!

I had signed up to be notified when DJI had props back in stock for the Mavic Mini, and I did get an email notifying me of such.

I went ahead and ordered some props (as well as an OTG cable). This was on 12/05, and the website showed the items were indeed available.

However, said items did not ship till 3 weeks later! And then the actual shipping took only 2 days.

Question is, why does it take DJI so long to process orders of in stock items?

Luckily for me, I did not actually need any of the items when ordered, but I can see how frustrating this would be for someone who was grounded while awaiting parts.

If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. I think they make each one by hand or something. It took almost a full month to get my fly more combo.

supply and demand.  

It does say 15 days on your order, but I understand , when available they should be available to send straight away .

I believe it says "DJI Credit earned from the order will be available after 15 days".

I'm not sure I understand that to mean order will be shipped after 15 days.

Nonetheless, I still wonder why it takes 3 weeks to process an order for items which are shown to be "in stock".

No I meant his order, you can clearly see when ordering it says 10/15 days.

I think it's because they really don't care!!
I have never ever come across lousy service like this. I want a charger for my mini right now but looking at shipping times (1 to 2 months) I give up straight away. I'll wait until I can buy it here in the UK. I'm sure that'll be sometime March or April 2020 (if I'm lucky)

because it's not really in stock in the traditional sense.

they are using the term "in stock" loosely.

why they don't have a million propellers socked away in a warehouse somewhere is bizarre to me.

Lol... if you believe that the "in stock" verbiage on the site is legit,  than i want you to take a look at this "50% off Bitcoin" website i just found...also looks legit.

Too many orders, not enough production my friend; it's simple.

eBay has propellers for $12/set for genuine Mavic Mini props. They even ship internationally.

I just looked and shipping the charger to the US is 10-15 days. It is $39.

After payment is "taken", that'll be another 4 weeks

I know but it still is hilarious, a friendly way of saying they take forever lol

Shipment from DJI is ridiculously slow. Why does it take 15 days to ship? Ill management of inventory? Or just poor logistics in general?
