I bought my dji mavic mini from kamera express in Eindhoven, the netherlands on 14-11-2019. On 15-11-2019 I have returned the dji mavic mini due to a strong interference problem with the dji mavic mini.
Kamera express told me that I have to pay for the damage that has been made to the dji mavic mini. I don't agree to pay for the damage because the damage occurred because of sudden strong wifi interference and aircraft interference and the dji mavic mini is still under warranty ! The aircraft was uncontrollable and smashed into a wall. (I flew with DJI Mavic pro and DJI Spark at the same spot but no interference !)

Hi all i am new here I own a Mavic Pro and I wish to report that I keep losing its signal easily even at 30 ~40 meters and it goes into ATTI mode and floats away.  How do i resolve this problem ?

We're very sorry for your disappointment, however we can not change this conclusion based on denial alone. It's also, very clearly, not a product quality issue. Nothing else has been affected and your logs, these or others, do not show any signs of other abnormal behavior. Based on the current evidence we have and DJI Aftersales Policy we can not handle your unit in warranty.

We completely understand how you feel and we would like to help you as much as we can as the Escalation and Complaint Department. We have applied for another 10% discount for your repair case, which makes it 15% discount in total.

Dear Ms. Quarles, I don't want any discount ! I want a new dji mavic mini or a full refund on my my purchase ! I also want to make use of my consumer rights in the netherlands ! Kamera Express in Eindhoven the netherlands is not correct ! When I returned the mavic mini, the dutch sales man, instead of listening to me, the sales man used a repair form instead of filling a case with DJI !

Something very wrong in the netherlands ! I have a recording of this event!

Also when I'm in my dji account I don't see any history of any CASE !!!

I went to kamera express and they say to me that I have to pay for the repair !

I told kamera express  that the dutch sales guy from kamera express in Eindhoven made a mistake ! When I returned the mavic mini that was under waranty some months ago because of strong wifi interference and other problems,. the sales guy then let me sign a repair form ! I told him before I signed are you sure this is the correct document ? I have just explained you about the problems I have encountered with my dji mavic mini,. I say this because the normal procedure is to start a case with dji ! the dutch sales dude then told me just sign don't worry ! I have signed the document in good faith because I taught I could trust the dutch sales dude,... I have recordings of the whole conversations @ the store of kamera express in the netherlands for the last months ! If a normal person would hear the recordings he would confirm that this is not the way sales people would handle a case like that,......... Another sales guy also told me that it is not aloud to fly the mavic mini in Eindhoven ! What is the purpose of buying a Dji mavic mini if I can't fly with it, test it @ the park @ the tue ?

It is carnaval in eindhoven @ the moment,.. this is a party where all the crazy dutch people can drink themselves to oblivion and can gatter and do the crazy things they can't do normaly,... For terrorists and so on this is the ideaal opportunity because the dutch police will be to bussy looking @ young girls dressed like prostitutes,... or looking @ sexy girls with sexy pantys in police uniforms,... I wanted to further test my mavic mini with this crazy carnaval celebration,... but since I still did not have a response to my complain, I have just sended a official complain on there website about that matter T.A.V. kamera express BV, manager klanten service, essebaan 55, 2908 LJ, capelle a/d ijssel.
