No one has been waiting for a long time, just hoping...

Today is supposed to be launched, so we can take pics of the fireworks!!

I think everyone kinda knew that this firmware wasn’t coming this year.  Than too top it off you had users complaining why people were frustrated with dji, this is why people are ANGRY!

Exactly, hoping rather than waiting...
There are no NFZ where I live, so that's fine for me, I was hoping for some manual video settings and WB lock... Not holding my breath at all.

I am expecting a RAW photography mode ...

I will apply for DJI just to leak coming firmware updates before they will be released

Dji says late december is date of publication new FW, but not says what year. Maybe 2020 or 2021

DJI sucks! I have had my mini for more than a month and still haven’t flown it. I am in a low restricted geo zone. Still waiting for update that is supposed to take care of this issue. Was supposed to be released later December.  But that is what DJI said. Why should a person believe them. They lie all the time!

Sad to read you've been a month without flying, if other issue than weather I would drive a bit just for the pleasure of it

Ufff, I understand your frustration, I suppose you have already thought about it but can't you get close to a free zone, at least to try your mini?

BTW: Let`s not forget, this "hoping" for new firmware should not be a thing at first. This product should not be released with non-functional geozone unlocks working properly.

Just remember that next time when you decide to spend some of your money, if DJI is worth it.

When Apple was 11 years old they sacked Steve Jobs and their CS was nothing to write home about, I myself ordered iPad 1 waited 9 months to receive so not so great then ......

I totally agree with your sentiment, however, this is a simple code change...realistically something that would not need much testing... if they have good programmers!
