So far I see an improvement nothing related to what the update shows - 1) No problems with drone showing payload error when I have nothing on or around the drone - 2) No more over power warnings - 3) I am now able to take my CE version up to 50 meters and 200 meters away from me with out loosing signal - 4) I am also getting a bit more fly time out of the batteries - 5) The only problem I have is every time I power the drone off and power up again I get asked to calibrate the compass

Is the compass calibration due to a low light situation ?

I checked my RC after reading your warning.  DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic reports the controller as up-to-date on version 1.0.4.  I didn't do anything to specifically update it.  After I sideloaded the Android APK, Fly told me that there was a FW update available for the Mini.  I connected my phone to the RC, and proceeded with the update.  The RC must have been updated during that process.  I've never been asked to update a battery.  I'll try flying later.

On the front page of the DJI Fly app 1.0.4 before hitting go fly or connect to the AC, I've have had a message  to update the battery firmware each time I have put a different battery  in the AC.

Suggest you cycle the batteries through the AC to get this battery firmware upgrade.
It pay to close and open DJI Fly each time you do this.

The light is good here so no not due to a low light problem

i remain confused as to why, with each update, 1 battery is updated with the initial update, the 2nd then asks to be updated and the 3rd never asks to update.  Yet all work afterwards each time.

With the two extra batteries I have , the DJI Fly had a notification to update the firmware on both batteries, which updated without any problems

I would try again with the 3rd battery, try restarting ther DJI Fly app so it resets itself.

2) Samsung S7 - WORK!

I unlocked the blue zone. But only on the Samsung S7!
Sadly, he can't do the app on the Samsung S10 !!!

Please make an app on Samsung S10 Android 10 !!!!

The compass calibration kinds of puzzles me a bit...

I unlocked the Blue zone.There was a warning that I was in a restricted zone,then an option to unlock,type in your phone number
then you receive a verification code.Tap in the code,agree to terms and then it was good to go...!

No..!  The way it worked for me I went outside set up my MM waited until the sats were locked in.
Then the Go Fly app prompted me that I was in a  restricted zone.

Thank you for that.  I now have all 3 packs updated.

I did get a message that the RC needed to be at >30% charge to do the update on the batteries, and you are right, you have to close and open DJI Fly in order to update each pack.

It seems that our attempt to aladir follow me or active listener modes have ignored us. The issue of manual video setup either ... Now we just have to wait until they release the SDK, it will be the solution to everything.
Both waiting and so much desire are lived with frustration, the result has not been as expected.
