while updating my Cosmo mobile 3 i receive this message:
0x00140002 dji firmware osmo mobile 3

and my osmo mobile 3 now is failing update and the product is still connecting but is not balancing and the function buttons is not working

We apologize for the trouble with the firmware upgrade. Please power off the Osmo Mobile 3 for more than 2 minutes and then connect to update again, if it still fails, please kindly export the logs to us for further analysis. May we verify what mobile phone do you use?
