I'm traveling to Vietnam in the near future and want to bring my drone.  Drones must be registered with the Ministry of Defense (MOD), but the MOD does not respond to Internet applications.  Does anyone know of a vendor in Vietnam that processes these applications on behalf of the drone pilot?
