We have a DJI P4 RTK drone bought in April 2019, it was doing good untill recently on 19 Dec it fell from 90m when doing a waypoint mission.

The 1st flight was perfect on the 2nd flight at it was attaining the 142m height, there was sudden aircraft disconnect message on the app from 90m. The drone just dropped down like a brick and there was major damage.

The log file just stops at 90m and shows a drop in the voltage. As can be seen from the attached pics

Also attaching the battery and drone internal terminal pics which show some kind of plastic melting.

Kindly advise

Also please note that another drone P4 pro too crashed from 70m and it too shows the same battery terminal melting.
