I attempted to fly over a building in Birmingham yesterday but I was asked for a code as it was inside an exclusion zone (stadium) I had checked the Geo map and was well outside the zone, I tried to override the message but I was told to enter the code, any ideas, the post code in question is B66 2AF.

Not sure if that's the right post code but there are no stadiums or no fly zones at Smethwick Rolfe Street railway station.  You can check the NFZ's here - https://www.dji.com/uk/flysafe/geo-map
