I am sorry if this has been answered. I tried searching but I am new to this forum so maybe didn't do soemthing correct. Can anyone answer the question is theGalaxy A10 Compatable with DJI Fly? On the list below, I see the Galaxy A20 listed but not the A10. Based on a comparison of the A20 (column 1) and A10 (column 2), they bowP5CKAMAAAAAAAgIoQwAAAAAACAghDIAAAAAAICA/B9Db4ZT7+inJgAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==[/img]

On https://cultofdrone.com/dji-fly-compatible-device/ I found this:

Mavic Mini Compatible Android Phones Please note that DJI won’t test every single qualified phone in the  market, it only tests those that have a relatively larger market share.  This list includes devices that are tested by both DJI and Mavic Mini users. The ones in italic are from users feedback, they should be no problem, but I still recommend you test it yourself.

The DJI FLY APP was developed based on the 64-bit platform. The minimum request of installation environment as below:
1. Requires Android 6.0 or above(Please note the Android 10 beta version for Samsung Galaxy models is not currently supported, we will get it solved in late January).
2. Available ROM is 2GB and above.
3. Supporting ArmV8 64-bit architectures (64-bit processor).

I currently use Samsung A7, and the app works fine on my phone.

From what i can see in the comparison table, they have almost the same hardware/processor.. (both are 64-bit)

I guess it's quite safe to say it'll work on A10 as well.

Same here, A7 (2018) works fine.

Well the Samsung Galaxy A10e is not compatible with DJI Fly - at least not yet. I found some instructions to follow if you cannot find the Fly app in the Android app store. From your phone, type in this URL: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dji.go.v5  When I do it with the A10e, it says my device is not compatible with this version. Maybe the A10e has a 64 bit processor but is running 32 bit OS or maybe it just hasn't been tested yet. Hoping this changes.

So to the more informed than I group. Is it possible that my Galaxy A10e just needs to be put on the compatible list in the app store? It appears by the phone specs below that I should have a compatible phone:

I don't remember the app I used, but here are many free ones you can download to check the OS version.

The above is from my phone so I have the specs just wondering what I'm missing to make the app compatible with my phone.

Ever get this sorted?  I just bought an A10 SOLEY as a drone-phone, and the app doesn't show up in the store as mentioned ... and this is 10 months later.

It apparently worked with the 2018 a8, so not sure why the s10 is STILL not on the compatibility list.

Nope. Not fixed for me yet on my A10e. You can open this link from your phone to verify:

I'm actually about to try this on the A01... I'll check in soon.

Update: The A01 meets all the hardware and software specs, but it won't install the apk successfully.

I'm going to get the Galaxy S6 with Shadow Screen "damage" for cheap.

Yeah, I followed that link before and saw that it was still incompatible, thanks ... it's pretty ridiculous if it is truly an administrative issue.  I just don't get it.  I put up a separate post hoping to get  a response from DJI, but so far nothing.

I have an Galaxy S7 I don't really use, and I have tried using it with both my Mini and my Air 2 and it just really seems too slow to be reliable.  You're thinking this will be fine with an even older generation?  Maybe I just need to clean house on my S7?  The other thing is, it's a pretty small screen ... especially coming from using my S10+

According to the website S6 is compatible, and I'm trying it today. So yes, a refreshed S7 should do fantastic.

Update: Galaxy S6 works great!

I bought a Refurbished phone with Screen Shadowing "damage." The cost was only $60, and i can only see the screen shadowing with a bright white background. Installation, cost, fit, has all been excellent. It's a supported model, so I think it's the best option for a dedicated device.

Amazing to me the lack of DJI's interest in putting out something concrete to help customers. I've never seen such a confusing lack of support especially by a company selling a high-end product.
I messed around with several cheap drones to learn to fly and had better success. Now I have a Phantome 4 pro and a FPV that I've yet to get hooked up to a phone.
