I have tried twice now to create a case and I have not received a shipping label.

First Attempt Case Number: CAS-3204993-B6C0M8
Second Attempt Case Number: CAS-3205012-C1C5R9

Neither attempt has sent the shipping label to my email address. patrickmwatson@gmail.com

Unfortunately I still do not have the shipping label. I checked my spam folder as well. Do you know what the subject of the email should read? I have searched my entire email/spam folder for the word "dji" and haven't seen anything new accept the response to this message in my inbox.

Can you perhaps send it to another email address as well? lifehackinnovations@gmail.com?

You might as well just ship via USPS Priority Mail, their UPS labels are the slowest priority.
