Hi

I'm brand new to this and need advice on using an "oppo phone" with the remote controller. handset
Of the 3 cables provided none are long enough to connect to both the phone and the input??

Is there a solution?

What drone do you have ?


A normal size phone should fit in the jaws of the remote controller and if you orientate it so that the phone port is on the left when it is horizontal, the standard DJI cables should reach from the controller usb micro-A port

Otherwise you can use a longer cable, just make sure it's capable of transmitting data as some cables support charge only.

Also be careful of the micro-A port in the remote controller, the tab in it is easily damaged by inserting the micro usb connector upside down, make sure the hole is towards the bottom of the male connector. If you look at the tab in the port, you'll see it's located towards the bottom half
