After reading about problems that some Mavic Mini users are experiencing, I put together this video on how to avoid Flyaways.
For both new and experienced flyers, it covers why Flyaways happen, how to prevent them and what to do if your drone is refusing to make it back and is being blown away.

Nice video, but I wonder if the gimbal on your Mini is still working. You are shaking that poor thing around all the time! ;-)

That has been mentioned before on my videos.....   
I made sure I left the gimbal guard on when filming this one

great video good info for new pilot as my self.

Nicely put together Ian, most important like you say, don't panic takes smaller steps until you feel confident with the AC.

Where I live I had to learn that birds of all sizes have been living here way before the mini lol, so above all one has to work with it and don't panic.
