Hi Lolo, we are sorry to hear about the difficulties that you encountered. You may try to reinstall the app (remember to sync the flight records before reinstall) or try another mobile device to check if the issue persists or not.

Thank you for your reactivity, but it's my first connect to Dji GO 4. I receive my Mavic Pro platinium last Tuesday.therefore, I have never been able to sync flight records.
I am waiting a new tablet Samsung Tab 2 8". I hope it will work !

I receive my New Samsung Tab 2 8" (SM-T719 Android V7.0) , I load app DJI GO 4 and i can chek the box after SIGN UP !!, but after Entering my pass word, a beautiful message  "Invalid verification code . Try again" ?
My password contain between 8 et less 20 characters....I don' t understand..why??
