Hi All

mini drone will not switch on
When you plug it into a usb charging port 4 solid lights
still wont switch on

Is this a battery fault?

Hello and good day Sims. I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for reaching out. Can you please post a shot sample video of the said issue for us to be able to check and assist you further. In addition to power the DJI Mavic Mini. Kindly please press and hold the power button for on, when the indicator and the light at the tail light on. It’s indicate the aircraft is start. If you want to turn off DJI Mavic Mini, just press the power button until the indicator light off. Thank you.
