Hi DJI Support,


The status case CAS-3862795-C9M7M3 for the Mavic 2 pro indicated a standby repair process from 01/03.
Could you be able to tell my what's going on and if you could send me back a repair delay ?

We checked your case, it was sent back for repair via dealer system, the assessment result (there was no fault found, the aircraft does not overheat during flight, the fan is working normally, no brown band under the DJI logo in the back) has been updated to your dealer and waiting for the confirmation from your dealer.
