Dear DJI Support,

I have an issue with my Ronin-S. I've successfully connected it through the S-BUS port to my Taranis X9D+ transmitter. I made pitch, roll and yaw work properly, but I'm not able to assign modes, rec/stop as well as other functions, and I can't find info about that on the forum.
Please help me, I need it for particular applications on car mounts. Even a technical paper would be enough. Thank you in advance.

You probably have the channels mapped as follows

PAN - Channel 1
TILT - Channel 2
ROLL - Channel 4

And I have discovered that channel 7 changes the gimbal mode to mode 3 and recenter the camera, but it messes up the sticks behavior. The gimbal starts drifting.
I was unable to make anything happen using any other channel, but I know that Taranis can control Rec/Stop, switch modes and recenter camera in Ronin RS-2.

I hope a future firmware update can make Ronin-S more compatible with external RCs
