We purchased 12 Mavic 2 Pro aircraft and the Care Refresh Plus from a vendor. They have supplied the 12 activation codes, but we get the following error when trying to bind them to an aircraft: A DJI Care Refresh purchase history was not found for your product.

The serial number for the aircraft I used is 163CGBTR0A61F7.

Please help! We're afraid to turn them on and start activating and updating firmware until the Care Refresh is activated to avoid the 48 hour issue.
