I just received my Mavic 2 Pro today; this is my first experience with a drone.

I cannot turn on the remote controller at all; short press followed by long press displays "Batt 45%", and then after a few seconds, the remote just turns off again.
I'm guessing that it cannot run at 45% ??

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out how to charge the remote battery now.  I'm looking at the user manual, page 42, 'Charging the Battery', but it shows plugging the USB cable from the power brick into the RC port on the controller - except that USB cable has a USB Micro connector, and the square plug on the remote does *not* look like USB Micro.
What am I missing here ??

Okay, nevermind.  I got answers to these issues from the DJI online support site, which worked very well!
