DJI has really wonderful Authorized Retail Store. I bought Air Unit, but this unit was defected so I returned it and claimed my warranty. First they told me it would be ready in 5 days, but it didn't. After two weeks, I contacted them again, but they did not respond. Last week I called them again and they told me that this week it will be done. After 30 day they were not able to solve my problem - a simple piece-by-piece exchange (the problem was that my Air Unit was not able to link with goggles). So now i will have to wait until they return my money and buy a new one. I spent 30 day waiting for nothing. Great support! I thought the Authorized Retail Store has direct contact with the DJI, but I found out, it all being handled by another company.
