I've just opened a DJI Care Refresh CASE CAS-3949296-Z1M2V8, but didn't receive any instructions on how to proceed further. Who's gonna take care of the shipping to DJI of the defective unit? Cannot find any address to send to. Thx a lot!

Usually they send a label for UPS ground shipping, at least in the United States. They might not for other regions.
