CAS-4075745-W8P1L1
In the progress inquiry page it says: Please send back your product as soon as possible. If the product has not been received within 30 days, the case will be automatically closed.
How can I send the product if I haven't received a shipping label?

The shipping label usually will be sent within 48 working hours if your address is qualified for it, there might be some delay because of the spead of the novel coronavirus, we will push the related team to verify as soon as possible, please note the later email notification, thank you.
