My Mavic 2 Pro which I purchased in May 2019 is still not showing in my in my profile. I have raised this 5 times over the last 4 months ago, for example:
@DJI Stephen was looking into this but I have not heard back from him. He asked me to send him a PM with my details, which I did but he has still not responded despit repeated PMs. I appreciate the moderators/staff are all busy but this has been going on for a long time now. I am hoping someone can resolve this soon.
To confirm, I purchased the Mavic 2 Pro brand new. Serial number is as follows:
163DG2T
001VPYQ
I registered it with my account jacques.eloff@gmail.com which is the same account as all my other DJI hardware.
