The DJI flight batteries are rated to Quick Charge at up to 24W.  The DJI USB wall charger can do 18W and this takes about 90 minutes per pack (no LEDs at start).

This video shows a way to drop this down to ~70 minutes.  (22% less time).

QC 3.0 uses a Qualcomm chip in the charger and battery to initially negotiate the highest rate of charging.
Once at about 80% charged, the rate drops off but the overall amount of time is greatly reduced from a standard USB charger.

In my prior QC 3.0 tests I ran it at 12V, which topped out at 18W from these same 2 chargers I tested.
In this video I increased it to ~13.6V to simulate a running car charging its battery, and was able to get 24W+.
