Hi guys,
I have a Mavic Mini and I made the verification video, uploaded it to YouTube, sent the link to DJI and received the approval email less than 48h ago. So perfect!I have immediatly bought the DJI Care Refresh directly from the Dji website and I have correctly received the activation key.

After receiving the emaIl from DJI, I went to https://support.dji.com/care/active, inserted the DJI Care Refresh code and my aircraft's SN, but I still get that message saying that it cannot be bound to the service due to being activade more than 48h ago.

How can I fix this problem? The support@dji.com mail said that I had only 72h to activate the Care Refresh, but now I have less then 12h to do something.

I already wrote to support@dji.com and djicare@dji.com, but they still no answering.


Can someone help me please?
