It is very frustrating not to get support for such expensive products.  I don't want to say that the product is bad, but if you have problems, the support should be better. I have customers that I can't keep waiting and so I have to find a solution to make drone shots (rent them). This costs me again unnecessary much money...

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble and for the long wait. With regards to this concern. I would recommend to please back up your files on the SSD card and format the said SSD card and kindly please try a different camera to isolate the issue. If the issue still persists with these troubleshooting steps. Please try refreshing the firmware of your DJI Inspire 2 using the DJI Assistant 2 . Please keep us posted for further assistance.
