I bought my osmo pocket on dji.com on black friday. It's brand new. I didn't open it til today. I'm trying to activate it but when i turn it on, it turns off by itself in a few seconds. The battery is fully charged. What's going on?
I seem to recall a small foam piece wedged between the gimbal head and the body. Has that been removed? Will it remain powered if plugged in to a wall outlet or power bank?

Yeah pretty disappointed. Wasn't expecting it not work at all but hopefully it will be resolved soon. Learn my lesson though. Make sure to test out the product as soon as I receive it next time.
Did you by any chance purchase a Polar Pro gimbal guard. I had the same problem and when I looked closely the PP gimbal guard pushed the front edge of the round sticky label back just under the camera head. This made the label stick up and touch the gimbal thus preventing it from calibrating and then kept switching itself off after a few seconds. I used a scalpel to cut an angled edge on the PP gimbal guard so that it rode up over the label and also epoxyed the label down and it is now fine.
Hello,
My Osmo Pocket will not stay on after turning it on. The battery is charged. The Gimbal spins around crazy and has the Gimbal Protected message. I went through all the online videos and fixes and still not working.
