Hi.
I cannot see or download photos on the DJI Fly app when using the editor. I can see and download the videos. The only way is by removing the memory card from the drone and transfering them to my device using a dongle. Can this be fixed? Anybody with this problem on the Fly App?

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. For the said concern. May I know what is the model of the mobile device used when you have encountered this issue. Please back up your DJI Fly files and uninstall then reinstall the said application. Kindly please try a different compatible mobile device to isolate the issue.
