Ronin S motor noise

The first model I had bought was defective (it didn't stabilize), this one that Dji sent me from the repair center the engines make noise, is this normal?

Hi Signo, thank you for getting back, after checking, it sounds like the motor current sound, it doesn't look like the second video, which may cause by the balancing issue.
For the motor current sound, it is normal that the Ronin-S makes subtle sounds when being turned on. This is the sound of the current made by the motor when keeping the gimbal stabilized.
It is recommended that you carry out the balancing of the product before use and then perform the autotune. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. In this case, please make sure that the Ronin-S has been balanced properly, , and manage an auto-tune. See if the issue persists.

It isn't a balancing problem, this noise does it even without any camera on it and also with the motors in stand by.. the noise comes from the pan axis
