Nice one!

I'm gonna tell you a little secret...
There is an active track mode which is handy in those narrow and tight spaces.
The drone is stationary in the air and turns according to the moving object.
It"s called "Spotlight", and some of the Mavic's got this mode, but sadly not our Spark.

But Spark can do it too, its just not documented.
Use your know procedure when marking object, but do not hit "GO"...
Spark will not move, but keep object in frame, by turning..

Yeah, I was thinking that but never got around to do it.  I'm not sure why people don't use these more often.  It would be cool if they can give the option to adjust the camera settings like you can with the DJI Fly app.

How did you get the sound?

Screen recorder then took that sound file and tried to figure out where the sync was.

Yeah, I've tried that but it becomes difficult to be more accurate and w/o giving it a bit more push it doesn't go as far.  I lack swing speed because I have a right wrist injury still but I doubt it matters.  I was using a computer at a Sporting Goods store that tells MPH and found pushing off with the right increases the ball head speed or swing speed.  I hit 95-97 mph pushing off the right foot properly otherwise its around 80.

Prob be better to just have a mic recorder or something but try to since with a huge clap or something distinct otherwise it can be very hard to pick out where the sync should be.

In the video it was obviously a ball strike but when there are many ball strikes it can be difficult to know which one it was.  I was using the vehicles by the trees behind it has a parallax reference to sync the Skydio 2 video.  I should probably drop a unique sound once to sync 20 seconds into the video.

In the Skydio 2, the recording frame rates are different for some reason.  It's not fixed at say 59.92 when the clips are chopped up.  It was varying very hard.  I took a picture of it in Premiere but deleted it.  I should've uploaded it.

People think I upload everything I see but I didn't..

That is a real issue!
You might want to convert it to fixed framerate before editing!

To my best knowledge you can.
I have done it in the past at least, since DJI used to have a habit of making variable framerate files.

Next time, clap your hands: you´ll see it in birds video, you hear it in the audio recording

yeah, a lot more work but my clips aren't long enough where desyncing would be a big issue
