Hello. first of all, sorry, I am not good at english
There was a crash at 1.15.2020 cuz of out of order. My mavic mini was flying about 100m distatance, but "max power loaded" message show up
and it didnt receive my control, going down to land. So I turn on RTH, RTH altitude was 40m, but it came down to 3m when it return to home.
In the end, it crashed to truck and camera was damaged. I tried to raise up altitude, but out of order. this is after my "DJI fly"app update.
I insist free change but customer service, they say it is my fault and I can receive paid repairs. Because before this accident, there was another crash.
there was warning "GPS signal weak", but I took off drone and it couldn't hold its position. Fly away like a balloon and go into rose bush.
Fortunately, just propeller scratched, so I change 2 couples of that.
DJI say that crash made some malfunction and caused second crash. Funny thing is 1st crash was 12.21.2019 2nd was 1.15.2020
After 1st crash, 12.23.2019, I flied drone for checking there is malfunction or not , for 4km flying, there was no problem. It kept 40m RTH altitude well, did safe landing.
And they say, in my manual, "Dont fly if GPS signal is weak" is written.
As you know, there are always "GPS signal weak" warning show up. But if you ignore that sign and take off drone, there is no problem. The warning disappear and
flying is ok. and GPS warning is show up when you fly drone.
If you stop flying whenever that message show up, you cant fly drone at all.
Most of all, I say again again , explain that how I could fly drone 12.23.2019 without anyproblem if there was potential malfuction caused by 12.21.2019 1st crash.
But they say it is my fault and I can receive paid repairs. 2nd crash caused by 1st crash's potential malfunction.
Is this sensible answers???I attached my flight log. Can anybody help me?
I wanna boycott DJI.
please judge objectively whether it is my fault or dji giving me tricky service. |
