So here I am trying to use my drone after it been used traveling Australia and the gimbal doesn't work. I think the camera's gimbal mount is broken... the camera is shaking really bad and it's making an unpleasant sound.

May I know if the DJI Mavic Pro had a hard landing or a crash before this issue and error message occure? In addition can you please try to refresh the firmware and calibrate the gimbal of the said drone and see if the issue will still persist. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
hello Stephen. The drone has never had a crash or a hard landing. ill try and refresh the firmware and calibrate it today or tomorrow! ill keep you posted.
