I haven't used my drone for a while, more than half a year, since last May.
Lack of time, lack of targets, lack of conditions (first wildfires, most recently Kobe's chopper)...
All in all, when I was driving home from work tonight I noticed a decent cloud patter and decided to actually go and use it.
As expected, I was out of shape, so were my batteries, despite me recharging them every two weeks. All three were at about 80%, which cut down the usual 25 min of flight time per battery down to 15.
Considering all those factors I played it safe, flew barely 300 ft up and less than 1000ft away.
In the end I managed to take a few time-lapses, a few panos and a few stills. it was fun, I definitely need to do it more often.
