Hi,

I am desperately trying to get an unlock-certificate to be downloaded to my smart controller with the Pilot app.

Pilot 1.7.0 on phone - works
DJI go 4 on phone - works
Pilot 1.6.1 on smart controller - nothing

Internet is working, all available updates are done but this expensive piece of technology is just refusing to do anything :-(

Anybody had the same problem and possibly a solution?

Have you set the Android system to Developer mode?

uum... not knowingly. The controller is as it came out of the box.

Try setting it in Dev mode, there is a link somewhere on how to do that.

Tried activating it but no change. DJI Go 4 on mobile instantly loads the cetificate, Smart Controller just shows endless "loading circle".
Any changes in Dev-Mode that should be made?

Seriously the lack of support by DJI on such issues is the reason I only use the products for "fun projects" and nothing that is paid.

I just got the Pilot Version 1.7.0 pushed (weeks after the Android phone got it...) and now it works.
How do you make Software for your very own device available so late when all other platforms already have it?
