Does the phone have any influence? Huawei P20, WI-FI, Bluethoot turned off, do not disturb mode turned on.

Also, can you please try to fly in a different location wherein there is no possible interference like an open field. Sometimes, this environment might cause some disconnection on the unit. Verify your channel management is set to Auto, and also verify frequency airspace cleanliness. Use a Wi-Fi scanner app like this https://play.google.com/store/ap ... m.vrem.wifianalyzer or this https://play.google.com/store/ap ... ovider.wifianalyzer

Change location and see if the problem persists. Having a clear Wi-Fi range doesn't necessarily mean the frequency range is quiet. Varying your location can help exclude the drone itself (or the remote) as the part at fault.

Hi, thank you for your response and again sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please try to relink your aircraft and your RC to see if the problem persists? Also, you can go to developer mode on your mobile device and enable USB debugging. In addition, please make sure that all of the firmware are all update to the latest version for both aircraft and RC. Hope this helps. Thank you for your support!
